Dress Code

All of our events have a dress code unless otherwise specified on the tickets. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause some of you but the fact is it gives us more flexibility in scheduling the clubs/bars. Therefore this allows us to offer the best possible program we can for you. We ask that you "DRESS TO IMPRESS"! If you are out of dress code, you may be refused entrance into some establishments. We assume no responsibility for this. The dress code is NO jeans, NO runners/sneakers, NO beach sandals, NO shorts, NO hats and NO tank tops on the males. (Note: Some of our events may require changes, eg: Halloween, Beach Festival). We'll let you know if any of these dress codes can be changed. Otherwise stick to THE CODE!

Legal Drinking Age

You must be of legal drinking age (19 years of age at the start of the event) to participate in events in Ontario (18 in the Province of Quebec) where we visit establishments with liquor licences. We recommend that you carry proper government-issued signed Photo Identification. The establishments we attend reserve the right to ask for such at any given time.

Tickets Invalid

Your tickets are invalid 15 minutes prior to our specified departure time and are non-refundable. Please arrive well before that and avoid any inconvenience. The fifteen minutes prior to departure are critical for us in organizing the group. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Payment Terms

1.   Tickets purchased by credit card may be exchanged for an alternate event only. No refunds will be given.

2.   Refunds and exchanges are available for tickets purchased with cash.

3.   Exchanges and refunds will only be accepted with 7 days or more written notification prior to the event.

4.   For private tours a 50% deposit will be required to hold your space and date. Private tour pricing is subject to your group size and travel destination(s). Please call for a quote for your group today.

5.   When paying online within 48 hours of your event you must call us to confirm space. The event may already be sold out.
A 48hr re-confirmation call is advised prior to your event. 416.621.8145

6.   You may not combine offers for the same event. Call for details.

Terms of Service

1.   Please respect the rules and guidelines at each establishment we attend, as well as on the transportation. A bar can refuse you entrance for reasons out of our control. One of the Hosts is always at the entrance until everyone is inside. If you are refused entrance, the Host will direct you to our next destination or arrange for a cab fare home.

2.   All of our customers are given an identification tag that must be worn at all times. This is your passport into the establishment and onto our transportation. We also ask that you wear your name tags proudly around your neck. If we need to find you for any reason, this is our only way of spotting you in the crowd.

3.   Should you miss the transportation, ask the doorman at the club as you leave and they will inform you of our next destination. This is another very important reason to ensure your name tag is around your neck.

4.   AVOID DUI's (drinking under the influence). That's why you're here. Do not drink and drive. We absolutely recommend you cab it home or stay at a hotel. We have a corporate rate with Novotel Hotel Mississauga. Call direct to book. Just say you're with the "GtaPartyBus" 905.896.1000. Be responsible and be safe! We want to see you back on the next trip!

5.   Anyone caught opening the emergency exits on the transportation (without authorization) or sitting on the roof, will immediately be asked to leave the party - no questions asked. We do not want to lose the relationship we have built up with the transportation company or affect the personal safety of our passengers.

6.   The HOSTS are in charge and you must respect their decisions and directions at all times. They are there first and foremost to ensure your safety as well as having a great time!

7.   Meet as many people on the tour as possible. Have a great ride!
