Answers for Frequently Asked Questions
Booking Tickets Online
Question > Why can't I order tickets from the Online Bookings page?
Answer > To order tickets online,
you must be able to receive cookies. Most web browsers have a setting
to block or allow cookies. We have explained below how to alter this
setting temporarily for Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer.
With Netscape Navigator, open the Edit menu and select Preferences. You will
find the settings for cookies under Privacy & Security in the Preferences
window. In the newer versions of Netscape, double-click on Privacy &
Security at the left of the Preferences window, and click on Cookies.
From the Cookies section, you can temporarily enable cookies or change
your Privacy settings to allow them. After booking your tickets, you can
delete all the cookies stored by Netscape by clicking the Manage Stored
Cookies button in the Cookies section of the Preferences window.
With newer versions of Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu and select
Internet Options. From the Privacy tab (top of the Internet Options
window) you can select a new privacy level to allow cookies temporarily.
You may also choose to allow cookies for one particular web site by
clicking the Edit button at the bottom of the Privacy tab. Should you
want to delete the cookies after you have purchased your tickets, select
the General tab in the Internet Options window and click the Delete
Cookies button.
The Photo Galleries
Question > Why can't I view the Photo Galleries?
Answer > The slide show by default opens in
a separate window with a fixed size. This makes sure everyone views
the show the same, regardless of their screen resolution settings.
However, some web browsers or internet utilities (such as McAfee or Norton)
have security settings or privacy settings that may prevent new windows
from opening. The setting often refers to Pop-ups or Blocking Pop-ups.
If necessary, review the documentation for your browser or internet
security software to shut off the setting temporarily.
Being able to view the Photo Galleries is well worth it!
To view the slide show, your browser must be able to use JavaScript.
While JavaScript has been used by most browsers for several years
now, some older browsers do not recognize it. The best remedy for
these problems is to upgrade your browser or download the newest
version available. You can check which browser version you have by
opening the Help menu and selecting About. As of May 2004, the current
version of Netscape Navigator is 7.1 and the current version of
Internet Explorer is 6.0. To download a newer version, follow one
of the links below.
